Mom put me in charge of the housetoday while she was running back and
forth to the hospital. Dad has been complaining
of puressure on his chest so when Mom took
daughter bean for her chemo Monday she made an
appointment for Dad with his cardio doctor. He's
in the same building with daughter bean's doctor.
He went to his appointment yesterday
and they put him in the hospital. Right now
he is doing O.K. and is in good spirits. Mom
says it's because of the cute nurses there. He
had a stress test this morning and has to have
another one tomorrow. Hopefully they will make up
their mind what they are going to do
with him. Oh yes Mom has to
get another vacuum. She plugged it in and
it just wouldn't come on. Dead motor. Mom keeps
saying when it rains, it pours. And it did just that
a little while ago, with thunder and lightning too.
Oops, Mom said that is not what she meant. Well,
what else could it mean???
UPDATE
Dad came home from the hospital this
afternoon and is doing well. He had
a stress test yesterday and a long sonogram of
his heart and legs today. The doctor said he
wants him to try to wear a certain
kind of leg pants to push blood into
his lower heart, but he has to do the
pant thing at the doctor's office. Sounds
weird to me, but guess the doctor
knows what he is doing??? Mom
says, sometimes she wonders about
the doctors of today. Anyway Dad
is O.K. and that is the main thing.

Hello Casper....soft hugs to your mommy for all of her worries right now. I know how hard it can be when the ones we love are hurting. Your family is on the anvil it seems. We pray for continued good news about your daddy and your kidbean is always in our thoughts. Stay close to mommy and be a comforter to her weary heart. We know HE holds us all together when the world around us sways.
PS: our steamy cleaner thing got deaded and leaked out water all over the carpet...not good...we had to buy another one. So we understand that frustration too.

I's herd that "when it rains, it pours" state mint, too, an sumtimes when der's no clouds. It's one of them weird bean fings to say. You take good care of all yur beans, Casper! Affer 3 bad fings, it's time fur sumfing good. 3 wrongs don't make a rite, but 3 lefts do!
